In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

kk555 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party data feed disruptions, and events beyond kk555's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Services. kk555 will use reasonable endeavours to restore Services as quickly as practicable in such circumstances.

kk555 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data about players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall agreement between kk555 and its players and should be read alongside these Terms.
